Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Vantage Drafts (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our website, web app, APIs, Chrome extension, content, data displays, simulations, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, installing the extension, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Vantage does

Vantage is a research and planning workspace for fantasy football best ball drafters. It helps users organize drafts, import or sync supported draft-room data, track portfolio exposure, evaluate roster structure, understand ADP movement, estimate player return probabilities, identify stacks and correlations, and generate AI-assisted narrative analysis from structured draft facts.

Vantage does not enter contests, place wagers, hold entry funds, pay prizes, submit picks, or manage your contest-platform account. Vantage provides information and workflow tools. You make every draft and contest decision yourself.

Vantage is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Underdog Fantasy, DraftKings, the NFL, the NFLPA, or any fantasy contest operator, sportsbook, league, team, or player association. Third-party names are used only to identify compatible workflows, public contest formats, or data you choose to sync or import.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may use the Service only where it is lawful for you to do so. You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws, contest rules, operator terms, workplace policies, and any other obligations that apply to your fantasy sports activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require additional verification before acting on sensitive account, billing, export, or deletion requests.

Contest platforms and third-party terms

Vantage works alongside third-party contest platforms. Those platforms control their own contests, eligibility, geolocation, payments, entry rules, scoring, prize terms, account restrictions, and user data practices. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not by Vantage.

You agree not to use Vantage to bypass geolocation, age verification, identity verification, account restrictions, rate limits, contest rules, or any other platform control. If a contest platform prohibits your intended use of a tool, extension, import, export, automation, or data source, you must not use Vantage for that purpose.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing intervals, plan limits, and included features are shown during checkout or in the app. Paid plans are charged in advance and renew until canceled.

You may cancel a paid plan through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in writing. Failed payments may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.

We may change pricing, plan limits, or included features on a prospective basis. For material changes to paid plans, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change affects your next renewal. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of draft data, notes, uploads, configurations, and other content you submit to the Service, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Vantage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, copy, modify, and create derivative operational records from your content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to sync, upload, or submit the content you provide. Do not submit another person's private draft data, account data, proprietary dataset, or paid content unless you are authorized to do so.

We do not use your private draft data to train models for other customers. We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve product performance, evaluate model calibration, detect systemic issues, and understand high-level best ball workflow trends.

Data sources and output accuracy

Vantage may display or derive information from user imports, supported draft rooms, public or licensed football data, schedules, player metadata, ADP snapshots, rankings, projections, news, and other sources. Data may be incomplete, delayed, mislabeled, unavailable, or changed by third parties without notice.

Vantage outputs, including simulations, return probabilities, exposure calculations, stack labels, projections, and AI analysis, are informational estimates. They are not guarantees of player availability, player performance, contest advancement, profit, or prize outcomes.

AI-assisted features

AI-assisted features summarize and explain structured draft context. AI output may be incomplete, stale, or wrong. You should verify news, injuries, depth charts, scoring settings, platform rules, and any other information that matters before making a draft or contest decision. AI output is not financial, legal, gambling, betting, or fantasy contest advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activity or in violation of contest operator rules, sportsbook rules, gaming laws, platform terms, or intellectual-property rights.
• Use Vantage to automate contest entry, automate picks, submit picks, bypass platform controls, evade location or identity checks, or operate another person's contest-platform account.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk export, resell, sublicense, publish, or use Vantage outputs to build a competing product or dataset.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to extract source code, model prompts, model weights, system architecture, non-public data, or proprietary logic.
• Interfere with the Service, overload infrastructure, bypass rate limits, abuse trial or free tiers, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malware, secrets, payment credentials, illegal content, or data you do not have the right to use.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, portfolio results, or relationship with Vantage.

Vantage intellectual property

The Service, including software, interfaces, workflows, visual design, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, calculations, simulations, prompts, reports, and other Vantage-created materials, is owned by Vantage or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Vantage the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. You can contact us about privacy matters at privacy@vantagedrafts.com.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay fees, caused legal or security exposure, or used the Service in a way that a contest platform, law, or rights holder prohibits.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and any licenses needed to wind down or preserve records.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, available at all times, compatible with every contest room, compliant with every third-party platform's terms, or successful at improving draft results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost contest entries, lost prizes, lost data, account restrictions, platform penalties, or loss of goodwill. Vantage's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Vantage in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) 100 U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vantage and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of Vantage in connection with a contest platform.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Vantage agree that disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the app, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
